Responsibilities
- Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility
- Provide therapy services tailored to a younger patient population
- Ensure quality patient care and adhere to facility standards
- Maintain documentation and compliance with licensing requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited institution
- Active State License
- BLS Certification (may be required)
- Experience with younger patients; training support not provided
- Strong communication and patient care skills
