Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the Role

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist providing home health services in a suburban area near Charlotte, SC. This position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, documenting progress, and delivering therapy for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.

You may also coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and supervise other members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Document patient progress
• Deliver therapy for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Valid South Carolina or compact state Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an APTA-approved program
• CPR certification
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Flexibility to work a local travel schedule
• Fluency in English
• Ability to meet physical demands: heavy lifting, bending, and prolonged standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home care experience
