Role Overview
Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in an outpatient facility, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy support staff and participate in student education as assigned.
- Maintain licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
- Possess outpatient therapy experience within the last 3 years.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license.
- Current BLS certification may be required.
- Experience with outpatient functional treatments, patient handling, and electronic medical records is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Outpatient clinic setting
- 13-week assignment
- 5x8 shift pattern
