Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Role Overview

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in an outpatient facility, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy support staff and participate in student education as assigned.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
• Possess outpatient therapy experience within the last 3 years.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license.
• Current BLS certification may be required.
• Experience with outpatient functional treatments, patient handling, and electronic medical records is preferred.

• Outpatient clinic setting
• 13-week assignment
• 5x8 shift pattern
