About the role
We are seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a home health setting within a specified geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Conducting start-of-care visits
- Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants
- Ensuring timely documentation such as clinical notes within 48 hours of visits
- Traveling within the assigned territory
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active CA license
- At least one year of home health experience
- Familiarity with documentation systems like Kinnser
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
