About the role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist and help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, treating, and planning therapeutic interventions based on PT discipline.
- Providing patient care with a typical ratio of approximately 1:12 in a 444-bed hospital.
- Adhering to dress code and unit-specific guidelines, including navy blue scrubs.
- Working rotating weekends as required by the unit schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience working with hospital equipment and inpatient EMR workflows (Meditech preferred).
Skills
- Professional attire: navy blue scrubs.
- Ability to work rotating weekends.
