Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Role And Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. Evaluate and develop treatment plans focused on functional and goal-oriented care. Supervise therapy services, participate in student training, and ensure accurate outpatient documentation. Contribute to patient progress and support overall clinical operations. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License. BLS Certification (may be required). Experience in outpatient clinics, evaluating, and developing treatment plans. Proficiency in documentation, goal writing, and medical correspondence. Ability to supervise therapy services and train students. > Preferred: Experience in a regulated clinic environment.
