Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Provide patient-centered care in a hospital setting, managing a caseload of approximately 12 outpatient and acute care visits daily. Focus areas include orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and neuro conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver safe and effective therapy for orthopedic, vestibular, pelvic floor, and neurological conditions
• Manage a daily caseload of outpatient and acute care patients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records

Qualifications

Experience in outpatient, neuro, vestibular, or pelvic floor therapy is preferred.
