About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Linwood, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Document clinical progress using electronic medical records.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.

Requirements

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred.
