Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
About the Role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Work with skilled patients and long-term care residents
- Document in Net Health / PCC EMR system
Patient population includes mostly skilled patients, with some long-term care residents. Schedule is Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License (required to start the assignment)
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience with skilled patients and long-term care residents
