Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Basic Physical Therapy Skills as an Independent clinician
• Willingness to learn and be flexible through the day

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1630
• Schedule: M-F (5 x 8) or (4 x 10)
• Weekend Requirement: One Saturday per month with a flex off day through the week
• Floating: IRF/Acute based and Outpatient supplement if needed
• Equipment: Lite Gait, BITS, Nustep, IASTM
• Documentation System: Meditech and Nethealth
• Required Uniform: Light Grey Scrubs

Location Highlights

Walterboro offers access to both Lowcountry nature and regional city amenities. Walterboro is home to the Walterboro Wildlife Sanctuary, a 600-acre wetlands preserve with boardwalks and trails, and it sits about 50 miles west of Charleston. Colleton State Park is located near town along the Edisto River, and Edisto Beach is within about a 1-hour drive for coastal recreation. The area offers a quieter community setting with convenient access to I-95, making day trips to Savannah and Charleston feasible.
