Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active PT Illinois license
- 2 years exp.
- Accredited PT program
Assignment Details
- 13-week assignment.
- Outpatient and rehabilitation setting.
- No local candidates. Must have a verifiable address 50 miles from facility.
- Cover sheet required.
