Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Illinois physical therapist license
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Scheduled days: Monday through Friday
• 36 hours per week
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Mileage reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient
