About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Active Alaska license at time of submission
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab

Schedule

Shift hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
