Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Valid driver's license
- CPR
- Active AL or Multistate PT license
- Associate's Degree
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday-Friday
- Occasional weekend work
- Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Coverage area includes Eufaula and Dothan
- Dress code: Navy scrubs and closed toe shoes
