Physical Therapist - Travel Contract
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions
- Perform evaluations and treatments for primarily neurological conditions including stroke, brain injury, multi-trauma, and post spine surgery
- Work in a 30-bed acute inpatient rehab unit
- Billed 24 units per day on average
- Assigned 4-6 patients per day
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in inpatient rehab
- Experience performing evaluations and treatments for primarily neurological conditions including stroke, brain injury, multi-trauma, and post spine surgery
- Experience with Cerner/OneChart
