Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- One year of Home Health experience
Responsibilities
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (schedule can be flexible based on patient's availability)
- Weekend requirement: One weekend day per month
- Coverage area includes Sunnyvale and neighboring cities as needed
