Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- CPR
- Bachelor's Degree
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend or on-call requirement: None
Coverage area includes Graves County and Calloway County.
