Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities
- Treat patients with stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, amputations, or complex orthopedic conditions in an inpatient rehab or acute hospital setting.
- Utilize inpatient rehab equipment and settings, including patient lifts, monitored rooms, specialized beds, and high-tech therapy devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care experience.
- Prior experience treating stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, amputations, or complex orthopedic patients.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- CARF or Joint Commission accredited facility experience.
- Familiarity with stroke care units and brain-injury protocols.

Facility type: Hospital (inpatient rehabilitation focus).
Clinical focus: Inpatient rehabilitation (stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, amputations, complex orthopedics).
Shift: Days (07:00–16:30).
