Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience with Web PT EMR with AI
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8s with daily hours and in/out times open
- Patient volume of 13-15 patients per day
- Around 2-3 evaluations per day
- Techs available to assist
- 5,000 square foot outpatient facility with aquatics, sports, and community care services
