About the role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovery and manage chronic conditions across multiple local skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care, including evaluations and treatments in post-acute and long-term care settings.
- Manage caseloads efficiently, meet documentation and productivity standards.
- Travel between multiple facilities within the designated area as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be needed.
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
- Willingness to split assignments and travel locally.
- Ability to work full-time and meet facility expectations.
Schedule
- Days, 08:30-16:30, 5x8 schedule.
- Assignment involves working at multiple facilities within the Tuscola area.
