Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Flexibility to float to other facilities within the region may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients
• Document care using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active licensure or eligibility in South Carolina
• Preferred clinical experience in adult rehabilitation, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
• Proficiency in documentation and effective communication
