Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the Role

Seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care in a clinic within a life plan community setting. The therapist will assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with flexibility to float to senior living services on the same campus as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric outpatient populations.
• Provide therapy services across various outpatient clinical settings.
• Flexibility to float within the campus to support senior living services.
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to diverse populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the campus.
• Support patient recovery and functional improvement.
• Adapt to floating assignments across campus units.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).
• Active physical therapy license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification (may be required).
• Experience in outpatient clinics or ambulatory settings.
• Ability to float to senior living services as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.
