A traveling Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic care, responsible for evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and providing discipline-specific leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement functional treatment programs
- Document medical records accurately and timely
- Provide patient and family education
- Supervise students and delegate therapy services
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Uphold licensure, safety, and professional standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and treatments
- Knowledge of documentation and goal writing
- Experience delegating therapy services
