About the role
We are seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a clinic setting. You will contribute to high-quality patient care, safety initiatives, and clinical performance improvement within a community-rich environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and coordinate therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure care aligns with physician orders and payer requirements
- Supervise aides and students
- Participate in professional development and student instruction
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
- Outpatient therapy experience
- Competence in evaluations, goal setting, and documentation systems
- Ability to supervise staff and students
Preferred Skills
- Outpatient musculoskeletal or post-surgical treatment experience
- Student supervision experience
- Additional certifications in orthopedics or manual therapy
Schedule
5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
