Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a clinic setting. You will contribute to high-quality patient care, safety initiatives, and clinical performance improvement within a community-rich environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and coordinate therapy services
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure care aligns with physician orders and payer requirements
  • Supervise aides and students
  • Participate in professional development and student instruction
  • Adhere to safety and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
  • Outpatient therapy experience
  • Competence in evaluations, goal setting, and documentation systems
  • Ability to supervise staff and students

Preferred Skills

  • Outpatient musculoskeletal or post-surgical treatment experience
  • Student supervision experience
  • Additional certifications in orthopedics or manual therapy

Schedule

5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
