Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing facility within a new location. This role focuses on delivering quality patient care while offering the opportunity to explore a vibrant area close to beaches, outdoor activities, and major city attractions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Support restorative and discharge goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification (possibly required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Experience with patient evaluations, restorative programs, and discharge planning
• Travel therapy experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Schedule

Five 8-hour shifts per week.
