Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients to improve mobility and recover from injuries.
- Manage chronic conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon physical therapy license.
- BLS certification from recognized organizations may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing settings.
- Experience treating adult and geriatric patients.
