Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for an outpatient facility in Westfield, MA. Assist patients in recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions by evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with the care team to support functional return to community activities, ensuring documentation complies with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient recovery and functional return to community activities
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards
• Maintain professional licensure and certifications (e.g., BLS)
• Potential involvement in student supervision and professional development

Requirements

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Demonstrated skills in treatment planning and documentation
• Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification (preferred)
