About the Role
A traveling Physical Therapist position focused on home health care, providing patient recovery and management of chronic conditions. The role involves delivering high-quality care through thorough assessments, accurate OASIS documentation, and clinical oversight of PTAs. No on-call or weekend duties required. Coverage area includes Olympia and surrounding regions, with mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct admits, evaluations, and discharges
- Complete OASIS documentation
- Oversee PTA staff and ensure clinical standards
- Support care services with timely and professional patient interactions
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Washington State PT license
- Home health experience & proficiency with HCHB
- Ability to manage documentation and evaluations
- Supervisory experience preferred
- BLS certification may be required
