Role Overview Join a traveling Physical Therapist position supporting home health patients within a 50-mile radius of Salem, AR. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, reassessments, start-of-care, and treatment visits in patients' homes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation aligned with agency policies.
