Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Role Overview

Seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to work in a hospital setting, assisting patients with injury recovery and chronic condition management. The role involves evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients, including mobility training, therapeutic exercises, and discharge planning.

Key Duties

• Provide patient care in a hospital
• Support recovery and mobility
• Contribute to discharge planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Iowa physical therapy license
• BLS certification (may be required)
• Experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy preferred
• Ability to perform evaluations and treatments in an inpatient setting
• No floating to other facilities required

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• 13-week assignment in a hospital
