Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team to assist patients in outpatient clinics, helping recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing new locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services with a 5x8 shift pattern
• Assist in patient care, documentation, and treatment planning
• Support patient recovery from injuries and chronic conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification (may be required)
• Outpatient clinic experience, including evaluations and treatment planning
• Proficiency in documentation such as goal writing and electronic charge entry
• Compliance with practice acts and continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Supervision and delegation experience, plus participation in student education (preferred)
