About the role
Join our travel Physical Therapist team to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
- Assist patients in injury recovery and chronic condition management
- Manage a caseload in a skilled nursing facility
- Utilize rehabilitative equipment and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required)
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
- Experience with rehabilitative equipment and documentation in long-term care or SNF settings (preferred)
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitative therapy
- Experience in long-term care or SNF settings
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
