About the role
Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist supporting outpatient, long-term care, and skilled swing-bed services in a rural community. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide patient education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve functional goals. The role primarily involves outpatient care, with occasional involvement (about 5%) in long-term care and skilled swing-bed settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and educate patients to maximize recovery
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Support a community-focused care model
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Montana PT license
- BLS certification (may be required)
- Experience treating outpatient populations
- Willingness to provide about 5% care in long-term and skilled swing-bed settings
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rural or community healthcare
- Previous travel therapy experience
