Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovery and management of chronic conditions in outpatient hospital settings. This position offers the opportunity to work in diverse locations, providing impactful patient care while experiencing new environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or chronic conditions
• Manage a patient load of 6-9 daily, with potential for floating to other facilities
• Utilize EMR systems, especially Epic, for documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active State License required
• BLS certification may be required
• Preferred experience in outpatient settings
