Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Seeking a travel Physical Therapist in a home health setting, responsible for providing clinical assessments, neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic treatments, and instructing patients and families on transfers and assistive devices. Require a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or equivalent, with an active Florida license and current CPR certification.Must have 1-2 years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation, with preferred experience in home care and durable medical equipment.Strong documentation skills for Plans of Care, progress notes, and clinical records.Ability to perform physical assessments, provide treatment, and work with patients and families.Must be able to travel locally, work flexibly, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
