About the role
Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist and help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document treatment plans and patient progress
- Provide wound care and therapeutic modalities
- Support staff and adhere to regulatory standards
- Evaluate and rehabilitate patients
- Participate in care conferences
- Comply with professional and ethical standards
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Missouri PT license or compact license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing settings
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
