About the role

We are seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to provide home health care in Needham, MA, focusing on patient recovery, pain relief, and functional maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress
• Communicate with healthcare teams, including nursing and physicians
• Perform assessments and provide treatments in a home health setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with post-acute hospitalization and assisted living populations
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
