Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to a varied patient population
• Utilize Raintree EMR for documentation and record-keeping
• Adhere to clinic hours typically from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday
• Deliver patient care and coordinate with healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active state license in Physical Therapy
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification, if required
