Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services
• May need to float to other facilities as required
• Contribute to patient recovery and outcomes

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient therapy experience with patient evaluation, treatment plan development, and documentation skills
• Experience with functional outcome measures, medical necessity letters, and charge entry
• Supervisory and precepting experience
