Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Chelmsford, MA to assist patients in recovery and chronic condition management while exploring a new community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans
• Implementing therapy interventions and documenting in compliance with regulations
• Supervising and providing direction for therapy services, including precepting students
• Potentially floating to other facilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification (may be required)
• Outpatient experience and familiarity with outcome measures, medical necessity letters, and charge entry preferred

Schedule

5x8 shift pattern, 13-week assignment
