Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Provide outpatient and acute care services in a hospital setting, managing a caseload of approximately 12 visits daily. Treat outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and neuro patients across a broad age range.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Document treatment plans per facility standards
• Coordinate care and support patient recovery and safe discharge
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Oklahoma physical therapy license
• BLS certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and neuro care (preferred)
• Prior travel therapy experience (a plus)
• Advanced certifications (a plus)
