Seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to support skilled nursing care in multiple locations.

Responsibilities
- Helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions within skilled nursing facilities.
- Splitting time between two sites.
- Quickly integrating into care teams.
- Handling typical SNF caseloads.
- Providing high-quality rehabilitation services.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Contributing to patient care plans to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Vermont PT license.
- BLS certification preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities required.
Skills
- Travel therapy experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records in outpatient and long-term care settings.

Pay
Pay based on 36 hours.
