Responsibilities

• Assist patients with injuries and chronic conditions.
• Deliver therapy services in skilled nursing facilities with a patient census of 120 beds, primarily focusing on short-term rehab patients.
• Ensure quality care and patient recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification (may be required).
• Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities or clinical rotations in such settings is preferred.
