Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility, assisting patients with injury recovery and chronic condition management. This role offers the opportunity to experience life in Bloomington, IN, while providing essential patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Assist with restorative nursing programs, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and fall prevention.
• Document clinical progress accurately in electronic medical records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana state PT license.
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing settings, restorative programs, and documentation.
• Certifications such as BLS from AHA or ARC may be required.
