Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in various settings, including skilled nursing and outpatient clinics.
- Float between different locations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active State License required.
- BLS Certification may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing and outpatient environments.
