About the Role
Join as a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. You will provide patient care in diverse settings and support other areas within the office radius if needed. The role involves meeting productivity expectations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care

- Support the healthcare team
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with no on-call or weekend duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active State License
- BLS certification (may be required)
- At least 1 year of home health experience
- Medicare certification
- HCHB system experience
