Role Overview Seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. The role involves providing direct patient care in a health system setting, primarily during daytime hours from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients. Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active State License required. BLS Certification may be required. Preferred: 1 year of home health experience.
