Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care to adults and older adults recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions in southern Maryland communities. Responsibilities Include Providing skilled physical therapy in patients' homes Managing a mobile caseload with clinical autonomy Documenting care using MatrixCare EMR Ensuring patient progress and safety Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Maryland license or ability to obtain BLS certification (may be required) Home health clinical experience preferred Ability to manage multiple patient visits daily Comfort working independently in community settings Experience with EMR systems preferred Key Skills Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through community-based care, with comprehensive benefits and support for travel and licensing.
