How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care.
• Execute therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.
• Oversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s) BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

• 1+ year recent experience as a Physical Therapist
• Drivers License
