Physical Therapist - SNF/ALF

About the role

As a Physical Therapist at RehabVisions, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living centers. Your responsibilities include assessing and treating patients, completing thorough documentation, planning and developing new programs, communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, presenting in-services to fellow staff therapists, and assisting in the general operation of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure

Pay

$40 - $52/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

PRN/on-call 20 hours per week; flexible schedule
